I had such a good time on the tour–I wish I had known about it years ago! I learned so much about Burlington. I lived in VT for part of my childhood, but somehow ‘missed’ that the city had such a haunted past. It was great to learn so many spooky facts about places I’ve frequented most of my life. I recommend this tour for any ghost lover, history lover or Burlington fan! I read her book, Haunted Burlington, and there was very little overlap between the tour and the book–a nice surprise. I plan on going on her other tours.

Don’t even bother buying tickets ahead unless you are absolutely sure the weather will cooperate. I bought 4 tickets for my family which they would not refund even though it was pouring so hard the 12 year old grandchild was shivering. The radar showed rain for the next 3 hours. They have a no cancellation policy. …… Just spoke to the manager again and they still won’t refund.
