We attended the Winter Village and we could not have been more pleased! Our group ranged in ages from 36-72 and everyone had a terrific time. Our “cabin” was cute with just enough room for the 6 of us. Despite the temperature outside we were snug and warm in the cabin. Service was impeccable and the food and drinks were fabulous. Our cabin had a “tropical” theme which was cleverly done. None of us really knew what to expect and everyone said it could not have been better! We took tons of photos and posted on Facebook. Friends raved about them. It was a family Christmas event we will long remember with great delight. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. PERIOD. I have called, emailed, and left voicemails for the French room AND the hotel it is in and not heard back from a single person on multiple accounts. I have gotten through to a human ONCE and they did not know when reservations opened but said to call back at the beginning of the month for the following month. I checked resy, google, and the websites reservations multiple times yet all 3 have different availability. It’s extremely poor service to not answer any emails or calls. IT ALWAYS GOES TO VOICEMAIL EVEN DURING BUSINESS HOURS.
