A wonderful tradition with our family for the last decade! So happy they are opened again! The production value is as amazing as haunted mansion at Disneyland and it’s free! Parking is easy and a new cycle of the show play every 10 minutes so if you walk up in the middle of one it won’t be too long until the start of the next one! It’s kid friendly but also not boring for the adults! We always leave a little donation as appreciation at the box..thanks so much to the owner of this home for giving such a gift to the community and families all over LA!

As a big fan of Halloween, I made the 45 minute car trip with my wife and sister-in-law to visit this house because of the stellar Yelp reviews. I have to say, I was very impressed with the quality of the special effects and agree with most of the other Yelpers that this production is put together by people who know what they are doing.
However, the parking situation in that area was horrible (it took us about 15 minutes to find parking). The gate around the house actually made it very difficult to see the production in the front and side yards. And I was pretty disappointed I could not walk inside the haunted house (or in the yards). I got a little sense of creepiness, but because I couldn’t be immersed in the effects, I didn’t feel much more than that.
And other than a couple of other houses in the neighborhood which had a little Halloween spirit on display, there really wasn’t anything else to see around there.
If I lived near this neighborhood, I’d probably visit this place again. But since I don’t, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
