I had to contact this business for some info & the customer service was first class all the way! She responded to my e mail almost immediately . She offered to honor my living social deal even though I wasn’t sure if it had expired! So nice & helpful! Thank you!

DON’T BOOK WITH THIS TOUR COMPANY! I bought a deal off of LivingSocial, arrived early at the appointed meeting place (as did 8 other people), and they no-showed. I tried to call them (not only when they no-showed, but earlier in the week as well) and all I got was the answering machine. Also tried to reach them via email and Yelp message, but no response. I’ve asked for a refund from LivingSocial which hasn’t gone through yet, and it looks like my money is gone for good.
